February 16th PA Day Camp

Level up your hockey skills at the Barnburner PA Day Hockey Camp! This all-in-one day includes a Shooting Session for refining your goal-scoring techniques, Treadmill Training to boost speed and endurance, and a Gym Strength and Conditioning session led by pros to build your on-ice performance.  Limited spots available, so secure yours now!

Morning Session Focus: The Morning treadmill session will focus on techniques and fundamentals to improve power and efficiency of the players stride. The shooting session will focus on power as well, working on various techniques that show the player  how to get the full power out of their shot. Lastly, the gym session will focus on agility and foot speed drills. 

Afternoon Session Focus: The Afternoon treadmill session will focus on developing the players endurance while skating. The shooting session will focus more on goal scoring techniques and how to leverage their shot to score more goals. Lastly, the gym session will focus on reaction/coordination drills with some competitive races/games tied in as well.
