60 Minutes

GYM: Full Team Dryland Training

GYM + SHOOTING: (Split team in half) 30 Minutes of Gym + 30 Minutes of Shooting

TREADMILL + SHOOTING: 6 Players on Treadmill for 1 hour | Rest of players on synthetic ice shooting | Switch 6 players on treadmill next session

90 Minutes

GYM + SHOOTING: (Split team in half) 45 Minutes of each group of Gym + Shooting (Switch Halfway)

GYM + TREADMILL + SHOOTING (A): Full team dryland for 45 minutes | 6 players from team on treadmill for 45 minutes | Rest of players on synthetic ice for 45 minutes | Switch group of 6 players on treadmill next session

GYM + TREADMILL + SHOOTING (B): Full team dryland training for 30 minutes | 6 players from team on treadmill for 1 hour | Rest of players on synthetic ice for 1 hour | Switch group of 6 players on treadmill next session
