Drop-In Dryland Training for Hockey Players – High-Intensity Strength & Mobility

Looking to enhance your game off the ice? Join our drop-in dryland training sessions designed specifically for hockey players! These dynamic, high-intensity strength and mobility workouts will push your limits and improve your on-ice performance.  

Hosted in our fully equipped gym at Barnburner Hockey Academy, these sessions focus on building explosive strength, speed, and flexibility—all critical elements for hockey. Each class features a mix of strength training, mobility exercises, and core stability drills to help you stay powerful, agile, and injury-free.

Whether you’re in-season or off-season, our dryland training program will help you develop the physical attributes necessary to take your game to the next level. There will be a maximum of six participants in any session.

Session Timing - Every Tuesday from:

  • 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm:     11-14 Year Olds
  • 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm:     15-18 Year Olds
